Our Terms and Conditions

Pricing & GST: Prices are subject to change without notice. GST at 18% will be charged on the final amount after discounts.
Payment Terms: All orders require 100% advance payment. Goods will be dispatched only after payment is received.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Any changes to orders should be communicated promptly before dispatch or before tax invoice generation.
Once confirmed, customized products cannot be canceled or returned.
Product Availability: All products listed in this catalogue are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock, customers will be notified, and an estimated delivery time between 30-60 days will be provided.
Shipping & Delivery: Delivery charges may apply for out-of-city orders.
Risk of damage or loss is transferred to the customer once goods are dispatched.
Returns & Warranty: Defective products can be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, excluding misuse or improper installation.
Returns for non-defective products are not accepted unless agreed upon by the company and are subject to restocking fees.
Installation: Installation services are available at an additional cost and must be performed by qualified personnel.
Product Use: Customers are advised to use the products according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. The company will not be held responsible for any misuse or improper installation.
After-Sales Support: Technical support is available for troubleshooting product-related issues.
Any service visits for installation or repairs may be chargeable.
Liability: The company is not liable for any indirect damages. Liability is limited to the product cost.
Force Majeure: The company is not responsible for delays or failure in delivery due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
